Funds Withdrawal

Withdrawal Method:

Please submit the withdrawal instruction through the electronic trading system; fill in and sign on Withdrawal Form and fax it to +852 2323-1661;
Kindly send by email to cs@conrad-is.com.hk.
Cut-off time for payment instruction is 12:00 noon, instruction received after that time will be processed on the next working day.

Notes:

1.

Unless otherwise specified by the client, funds withdrawn will be deposited into client's designated bank accounts by cheque; withdrawal to third party’s bank account would not be accepted.

2.

If your receiving bank account is not a local bank account, please confirm with the receiving bank if they would accept the transfer from our company before making the payment instruction. Our company will not be responsible for all the costs and losses if the remittance is returned.

3.

Our company cannot provide the service of remitting RMB to bank accounts in Mainland China.

4.

For TT to banks in mainland China, please write down the receiving bank information such as name, branch name, address and SWIFT CODE on withdrawal instruction.

5.

You bear all handling charges for the withdrawal and the relevant amount would be deducted from the withdrawal amount. The charges for withdrawal methods are shown as follows:
    - Cheque and transfer (only applicable for the receiving bank is a local bank): Free
    - CHATs among local bank: HKD200
    - TT (applicable for the receiving bank is an overseas bank or bank in Mainland China): HKD300
